The Role: Head / Lead Pre-Kindergarten Teacher (Requires degree/licensure in Early Childhood Education or related field with expertise in Preschool/Pre-K programming.)
You will establish a classroom defined by structure, warmth, academic rigor, and relational excellence — preparing children socially, emotionally, and academically for kindergarten readiness.
Primrose’s research-informed Balanced Learning® curriculum and integrated digital platform provide the framework so you can focus on mastery, not materials creation.

Responsibilities
- Maintain a nurturing, academically focused classroom culture
- Implement lesson plans with fidelity and excellence
- Lead classroom management with consistency
- Communicate professionally with families
- Support each child’s academic and social-emotional growth
Qualifications
- Degree in Child Development, Early Childhood Education, or related field
- CDA (if applicable)
- 5+ years’ experience as a Lead Teacher
- Strong classroom leadership and communication skills
- Commitment to excellence and accountability
Compensation: $41,000–$48,000, commensurate with experience and credentials.
Performance-based incentives available for founding team members.
